The US Cyberwar plans

In this world of free information, some documents come to light now and then that expose some radical thinking, and the “Information Operations Roadmap” is just one of those documents that make you sit back and think.

This plan was signed off by The Secretary of Defence, Donald Rumsfeld in 2003! It explores how the internet will used by “The Enemy” and how the US will counter these attacks. The plans are to use a psych corp type group that will use the net to manipulate the enemy and issue false information, this type of work will also be used in placing stories in foreign newspapers etc.

The final solution is to “Fight the Net” with propaganda and if all that fails, then the military should find a way to knock out all of the networks, communications and radar systems in the world, apart from those in the US no doubt!
