My Space hacks increase

Hackers have been increasing attacks on the MySpace pages of musicians, one those targeted was Alicia Keys her pages have been repeatedly attacked with a fake codec, which could be picked up by visitors to the site should they click on the link which produces an install box.

This problem could have serious implications for users who do not have the right protection, but even with security measures in place is someone elects to download a file then they will become a victim of this scheme.

The problem for MySpace user’s id the fact that because the site is so full of video, fake codec can easily be slipped in without the users knowing.
