Apple the new Microsoft

No one can that Apple has come back recently from a fairly quiet period, but the ideas that come out of Apple are still innovative and interesting, as we would expect from Apple. However, coming up with brilliant ideas is one thing, putting them into practice is another.

Therefore, they have the idea, say for instance the iPhone there is no doubt that the product is great and the sales that the company have reported prove this point. However, when it comes down to the applications then things are not a good as we would them to be.

You only have to look at the activation problems, software fixes and patches, and now the problems that we have seem with the web based application service, mobileme. So could Apple becoming a large Microsoft type organisation? Time will tell.
