Metallica does not want bloggers review their music

It hard to feel sorry for the likes of Metallica the heavy rock band which conquered the world and are really still there at the top of their game.

But when they ask people to listen to their new album you think fair enough, but when the job has been done it astonishing that the bands management goes out of its way to demand the album reviews are taken down.

Sometimes these bands or maybe their management, get things completely wrong, do they actually talk or do they just act on their own accord?

Whatever the case the result is the same, the reviews have been removed and so the fans have now lost out, whereas in fact if there were bad reviews on music blog sites, the fans would have reacted against the blogs and bloggers, this would have generated even more publicity for the band and their new album.
