Who do doctors blog about?

As blogs and blogging become more popular we are finding that many people are using this form of communication to vent their problems in public, of course many blogs get little or no traffic at all. Although as with any website the content can always be searched etc.

But questions are being asked as to the professionalism of actually writing your most inner thoughts and then publishing them on the internet. One such sector is the medical profession, medical blogs where the inner secrets of the doctors surgery can be found out.

However there are concerns on the subject matter that these doctors are writing about. This means that on occasion the doctor may be writing about a particular illness or patient, which could be about you! Is this right people are asking and there may be a time when regulations come into play that covers this.
