Apples trademark for Gaming
Apple has applied for a trade mark extension, this means that they are looking to add additional terms that are associated with the trade mark and trade name of Apple.
This is a major job to undertake, after all everyone knows that Apple stood for personal computers, but today it stands for music players, phones and computers, but in order for them to expand even further it would seem that the trade mark needs to be brought up to the 21st century.
This is the Apple trade mark filling:
“Toys, games and playthings, namely, hand-held units for playing electronic games; hand-held units for playing video games; stand alone video game machines; electronic games other than those adapted for use with television receivers only; LCD game machines; electronic educational game machines; toys, namely battery-powered computer games.”
